New Delhi court banned OnePlus from selling its handset anywhere in the
country. The reasoning behind this ban was the Micromax’s exclusive deal
with Cyanogen, which stipulates that no other company, including
OnePlus, can sell Cyanogen-powered handsets in India.
After all the trouble in Indian market, OnePlus is back with its Flagship device OnePlus One.
Oneplus One is back in stock and with only price tag of Rs.20,000. As OnePlus is banned to sell their devices with preloaded Cyanogen, they are now not providing the device with Cyanogen but instead the device is loaded with OS based on Android 4.4.
That's really a discomfort for the users in India. But for the people who know about rooting n stuff, it's really a good chance to buy a flagship killer in such a price.
The device is as it was just without Cyanogen Mod.My only advice is that its a really good deal and people who are bothered about OS, just root it and flash Cyanogen Mod or any other Custom ROMs. There are lots of better and awesome Custom ROMs than Cyanogen, Paranoid Android is one of them.
Conclusion : Buy it...Best deal you can get currently.
